A Halloween treat without any store-bought candies or sweets? Free from sugar, oil and gluten, and at the same time really nutritious and good for your body? 🤔
I think I managed to create one! 😆🎃
I made my favourite oat banana pancakes (I’ll paste the recipe below) and decorated them with thick coconut yoghurt mixed with superfoods from @unicornsuperfoods (Berrylicious Blend and Matcha), dark chocolate chips and puffed quinoa. That’s all, healthy, colorful and spooky ☠👻 Fun and delicious breakfastor snack, what do you think? 🎃

Oat banana pancakes (makes 6-7 pancakes)
1 large banana, mashed
3/4 cup of oat flour
1 cup of oat milk
1/2 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla bean paste
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Dont overmix, the batter doesn’t have to be perfectly smooth. Bake pancakes in a hot non-stick pan, until golden brown on both sides.
