Banoffee overnight oats 🍌
Not gonna write long caption about it, I can tell you it was simply amazing, literally the best breakfast I had in a while 😊
Felt like having dessert for breakfast, but if you analize the ingredients it’s actually still pretty healthy, with layers of tahini date caramel and coconut yoghurt, sprinkled with cacao nibs and puffed quinoa 🍧

Banoffee overnight oats
In the evening, mix 50g (1/2 cup) of rolled oats with 1 tbsp of chia seeds, half of a ripe banana (mashed), pinch of sea salt, cinnamon and vanilla to taste (optional) and 180ml (3/4 cup) of almond milk. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
Prepare the caramel sauce by soaking 1 cup of pitted medjool dates in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes. After that time do not discard the water, but instead add 2 tbsp of tahini, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of raw cacao powder and 1 tsp of maca powder (optional) and blend everything until completely smooth.
Serve soaked oats with layers of date caramel, banana slices, coconut yogurt and cacao nibs.
