Cherry obsession is getting real 😄🍒🍒
If you have extra 5 minutes in the evening, I encourage you to spend it mixing the ingredients for yoghurt chia porridge, a light, nutritious and refreshing breakfast you can enjoy in the morning. It tastes amazing topped with all kinds of fresh fruit, not only cherries. It’s also a good idea to add some puffed grains or granola, date or coconut syrup, or even nut butter if that’s what makes your soul happy 😊♥️♥️

Yoghurt chia porridge (makes 2 smaller or 1 large serving):
1 cup (240ml) of light coconut milk (from tetrapak)
1/2 cup (120ml) of thick Greek style coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp of maple, date or coconut syrup
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp fine porridge oats
In the evening, mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Refrigerate overnight, serve in the morning with your favorite toppings.
