Happy Monday Dear Friends! But not an usual Monday 🥰
We’re almost there, it’s almost Christmas time! 🎄🎄 After the crazy busy beginning of December it feels so good to finally slow down, relax and enjoy time spent with the loved ones. This year has taught us to appreciate these moments and never take them for granted… ❤
This weekend, to celebrate the first days of holidays, I picked a bunch of healthy and yummy ingredients at @lidlnederland to create a platter that gathered us around the table, where we could play games, chat and chill, now, that we finally don’t have to run and hurry. 
I really like preparing huge festive platters, it’s such a lovely creative activity, pretty easy, and I always hear a loud “wooow” when bringing it to the table. I’ll tell you a secret – you can use the simplest ingredients, plus a couple of show stoppers like gluten free rice crackers or fig almond “cake” (there’s also a date and nut version!) that Lidl has this year in their seasonal range. And you know what? It’s a great way to make your kids eat healthy foods like veggies, hummus, fruits and nuts. Served in a fun way it makes them wanna try everything and they actually enjoy it. This is what I call the magic of Christmas 🙂 🎄🎉
