Today I’m popping in to share this oatmeal recipe, that has been the highlight of my week so far 😉
It’s naturally sweetened, creamy, light and nourishing, and I love having it with almond butter and tropical fruits like mango and golden kiwi 🥭

Cinnamon date oatmeal
▪️1/2 cup rolled oats
▪️1 tbsp ground flax seeds (sub 1 tbsp chia seeds)
▪️1 large medjool date, chopped
▪️pinch of sea salt
▪️1 cup water
▪️1/2 cup almond milk
▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add oats, flax seeds, chopped date, salt and water to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Add almond milk and cinnamon and cook until desired consistency, stirring constantly. Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favorite toppings!
