Healthy caramel sauce ready in 2 minutes? 🤔 Sounds like a dream, but it’s true! It’s easy, wholesome and super delicious, it can be used in all kinds of treats and desserts 😊
Today I treated myself to this warm vanilla oatmeal topped with caramel sauce and melting dark chocolate 🍫 It was heaven! I truly hope you give it a try 😉

Easy caramel sauce
🔸2 tbsp of smooth runny peanut butter (sub cashew butter)
🔸2 tbsp of maple syrup
🔸1/4 tsp of sea salt
🔸2-3 tbsp of plant milk of choice, for thinner consistency
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use immediately or store in the fridge.
Vanilla oatmeal
Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt to a saucepan. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk, 2 tsp of maple syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, continue cooking until desired consistency. Serve warm topped with sliced banana, caramel sauce, dark chocolate and nuts.
