Hello lovely people π
Hope your Sunday is going well!
Our days are all a bit crazy since we adopted a puppy π but I cannot complain cause he brought so much joy into the house!
I created two yummy autumnal recipes this weekend, today I’m sharing with you these overnight apple cinnamon oats ππ So seasonal and cozy, and if you prefer having it warm you can simply reheat it to the desired temperature in the morning! I served mine with nut butter, chopped apple, walnuts and a drizzle of date syrup. I’ll leave the recipe below β¬οΈπ
.
Overnight apple cinnamon oats
πΈ1/2 cup rolled oats
πΈ1/2 tsp cinnamon
πΈ1 tbsp ground flax seeds (sub chia seeds)
πΈ1 handful of raisins (sub chopped dates)
πΈpinch of salt
πΈ1/2 cup apple sauce
πΈ3/4 cup almond milk
In the evening, mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Let soak in the fridge overnight. Next morning serve cold or reheat before serving.
