I personally think every day should be pancake day, do you agree? 😉🥞
I’ve been having pancakes for breakfast very often since I created this 4-ingredient banana oat pancake recipe. The best thing is they are ready in no time, they are soft, naturally sweet and gluten free. And, as I said before, you need only 4 ingredients 😉
.
Here’s the recipe: (6 pancakes)
1 small ripe banana, mashed (about 90g of mashed banana)
1/2 cup (120ml) of barista oat milk (sub almond milk)
3/4 cup (75g) of oat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
In a mixing bowl, whisk mashed banana with oat milk. Add oat flour and baking powder, mix only until combined. Cook pancakes on a hot non-stick skillet (I don’t use any oil, but if you have a regular skillet you may want to lightly grease it) until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy warm with your favourite toppings!
