I’m back to posting after a week of silence 🔇
I’m not a person that is good at talking, writing long captions or convincing others to do anything. I often struggle to verbalize my thoughts. I wish it was different, so my posts could make more impact, but it is as it is. In this situation I felt I needed to step back from posting my food pictures and leave the space for all the other messages. I learned a lot and opened my eyes to many things during these days, and hopefully I’m not the only one.

What I’m posting today is an oatmeal “cake” I made several times in the last week. It’s a fresh idea that really speaks to me, especially as breakfast on a hot day. It’s cooked oatmeal set in the fridge overnight, in a round bowl that gives it a shape of a single serving cake.
