Mango cardamom overnight oats 💛 A bit unusual for me, cause I rarely add spices to oats, and most of the times I add chia seeds to my overnight breakfasts. This time I felt like cardamom was a great match for mango and instead of chia seeds I used flax.
Flax is super healthy and has a nice, nutty flavor, but you want to be sure it’s ground, so you can get all the goodness from it. Mine was only roughly ground, not into powder consistency, but I made sure the seeds were broken into small pieces.

Mango cardamom overnight oats with flax
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp roughly ground flax seeds
1 mango cheek, chopped
1/4 tsp cardamom
2 tsp coconut syrup (sub chopped medjool date)
3/4 cup plant milk of choice
In the evening, combine all ingredients in a jar. Secure with the lid and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!
