Nothing beats simple and comforting combinations like peanut butter and jam 🥰 Especially when it’s healthy and easy raspberry chia jam, served on top of warm vanilla oatmeal 😋

Raspberry chia jam
🔸️400g of frozen raspberries
🔸️3 tbsp of maple syrup (you can add more to taste)
🔸️2 tbsp of chia seeds
Add frozen raspberries to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook until the raspberries are soft and release their juices. Turn off the heat, mash the raspberries with a fork. Add maple syrup and chia seeds and mix well. Leave to cool in the pan, giving it a stir once in a while. Chia seeds will absorb the juice and create jelly-like consistency. Transfer cooled jam to a jar, secure with the lid and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
