Orange overnight oats with all the goodness – wholesome, healthy and delicious ingredients like chia seeds, orange juice, coconut yogurt, raisins, cinnamon, cardamom… πŸ˜‹πŸŠ This was such a satisfying and energizing breakfast, perfect start to the new week in my opinion 😊

Orange overnight oats
πŸ”Έ55g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
πŸ”Έ10g (1 tbsp) chia seeds
πŸ”Έ120ml (1/2 cup) orange juice with pulp
πŸ”Έ120ml (1/2 cup) plain coconut yogurt
πŸ”Έ1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
πŸ”Έhandful of raisins (use chopped date if you don’t like raisins)
πŸ”Έ1/2 tsp of cinnamon
πŸ”Έ1/4 tsp of cardamom
In the evening combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!
