Peanut butter overnight oats, with mashed raspberries (a healthy and yummy alternative for jamπŸ˜‰), extra peanut butter, fresh fruits and chocolate.

Have you ever tried it? Summer is the best moment to experiment with overnight breakfast recipes, there’s nothing better than a delicious, cool breakfast waiting for you in the fridge on a hot day 😎🌞
I’ll leave you my basic recipe below!

Peanut butter overnight oats
πŸ”Έ50g (about 1/2 cup) rolled oats
πŸ”Έ1 tbsp chia seeds
πŸ”Έ1 tsp peanut butter
πŸ”Έ1 tbsp maple syrup (sub 1 medjool date, chopped)
πŸ”Έpinch of sea salt
πŸ”Έ180ml (3/4 cup) plant milk (almond, oat, soy or coconut milk will work great)
In the evening, mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning give it a quick stir, you can also add an extra splash of milk if needed. Serve with your favorite toppings.
