Salted caramel oatmeal with mashed raspberries and peanut butter 🍓
Breakfast heaven, so easy and quick, creamy, nutritious and naturally sweet, ready in literally 15 minutes. Wanna know how? I’m sharing the recipe here below.

Salted caramel oatmeal
1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (120ml) almond or oat milk
1/2 cup (120ml) water
Generous pinch of sea salt
1 medjool date, chopped
1 tsp of natural vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, mix well and bring to a simmer. Cook over gentle heat until most of the liquid is absorbed and date chunks begin to fall apart. Mash a handful of raspberries with a fork. Transfer cooked oats to a bowl, top with mashed raspberries, peanut butter, crunchy nuts or puffed grains of choice and a drizzle of coconut syrup (optional). Enjoy!
