These are my breakfast pots from this morning, filled with yogurt chia overnight oats. An easy, 5 ingredient recipe that has the best of 3 different breakfasts in one – overnight oats, chia pudding and coconut yogurt. Served with nut butter, fruits and chocolate, yum πŸ˜‰πŸ«

Yogurt chia overnight oats
(makes 1 serving)
2 tbsp of porridge (fine) oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
120ml (1/2 cup) coconut yogurt (the thicker the better!)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar, place in the fridge overnight (or for a minimum of 1 hour), enjoy with your favorite toppings.
