Ultra creamy and fluffy tahini vanilla oats π My recent addiction!
I’m also starting to love that extra plant milk (oat milk in my case) that you can add to your bowl right before digging into it βΊοΈ
It somehow makes my breakfast experience even more comforting π
Are you team extra milk or team no milk in your bowl?

Creamy tahini vanilla oats
60g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
1 tbsp light tahini
pinch of good quality salt
1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
1 medjool date, finely chopped
120ml (1/2 cup) plant milk
120ml (1/2 cup) water
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, mix well and bring to a simmer. Cook over gentle heat until creamy, about 5-8, stirring frequently. Serve warm with toppings of choice. If desired, add extra 50ml of plant milk to your bowl right before serving.
